ま is often mixed up with は (ha) and ほ (ho). め is often mixed up with ぬ (nu).

ら is often mixed up with さ (sa) and ち (chi). る is often mixed up with ろ (ro). れ is often mixed up with ね (ne) and わ (wa).

わ is often mixed up with the hiragana ね (ne) and れ (re). There are no words that start with を. It is primarily only used as a grammatical particle. ん is a single exception which is neither vowel or consonant-vowel pair and there are no words that start with the hiragana ん.
